Xoxxi uses modern online tourism and service model that is internet & email based in the interests of applying 21st century technologies to streamline our workload communications, plus it also lets us go and enjoy daily surf - which is really important to us!
Unlike 'Internet Booking Engines', Xoxxi has just a few "live" surf travel experts who respond to internet and emails with experienced and personalized service. We monitor emails 7 days per week, 24 hours a day worldwide and have no set office hours so you can email us anytime as we work in a number of world time zones. We do not however offer reservation or customer service telephone facility and this is so that we can offer you better prices on the surf trips that you wish to book, we simply embrace modern technology methods - we hope you understand.
Initial trip quotations:
These should be made by submitting using the online GET A QUOTE FORM if you're certain of the trip you'd like to book and its standard then please just book online, or if it is a tailor-made surf trip then book by sending an email below.
All emails to us should please include:
- First and last name of all travelers
- Telephone number to contact you if needed
- Destination
- Dates of travel (arrival and departure).
- Please note we will be unable to reply to any emails which lack this essential information.
