How do I book my surfing travel plans?
Booking your next surfing holiday is a simple process with Xoxxi Surf.
Simply decide where you want to go based on our advice or your own research. Click the "book now" button and go through
the instant online booking process (or drop us a line, if you prefer) and check if we can accommodate you for the dates you would like to
travel. It could not be simpler!
Once you receive confirmation of your reservation, then go ahead and organise your travel arrangements.
Xoxxi is not a travel agent and we do not book flights because our surf travellers are global and we simply can not
accommodate great air prices for everyone and, to be honest, it's not our specialisation.
All monies paid to us will enter a trust account which is supervised by an independent trustee. Because you need to know what you
can expect of us and we need to know what we can expect of you, please take a few minutes to read our terms and conditions.
It is essential that you take out travel insurance, as with any surf trip. If you are surfing, please make sure that you are
covered for surfing - you will be amazed that sometimes surfing is excluded but it can be added for just a small supplement.
Once you have booked your travel arrangements, the payment for your holiday is as set out at time of booking - remember, if
you book online, you can access your payments online and pay regular amounts or the final balance when required. This is
unique to Xoxxi Surf at this time. We pride ourselves on being an honest and personal company. Take a look at our feedback to

I'm not sure about where I want to go?
This is exactly why Xoxxi Surf exists!
We have a ultra experienced surfing and travel team all of whom live and breathe surf travel and we know every destination well.
We also have young families so we know what's best on that front as well. Just contact us and tell us a bit about your surfing ability,
your surfing desires and ambitions, what you are looking for and an idea of your budget and we’ll be delighted to come straight
back to you with recommendations. We can give you first hand information about the accommodation, the actual surfing conditions
you will find, the day and the night life, the local cuisine, the best tides so that we can enjoy the perfect surf trip. It is simply
about getting the details correct from start to finish.
Does Xoxxi Surf organise flights?
To allow you to take advantage of low cost flight options worldwide and so that you can travel when best suits you, we do not
book flights. This enables you to shop about and find what is best for you.
What customer protection do you offer?
All monies paid to Xoxxi Surf will enter a trust account. Your funds are held in this account and will not be released until
you have returned from your surf trip. In the unlikely event of the company becoming insolvent, your payment is protected by
the company's trust account, so your peace of mind is guaranteed. This means that your money will be refunded in the event of
our insolvency.
What if my husband/wife/girlfriend/boyfriend doesn't enjoy the surfing and does not want to surf?
We can get them surfing with one of our surf school packages around the world or we recommend the best option that will suit
you both, so whilst you are cracking some moves on the water, they can be happy doing whatever they wish. We can arrange
excursions from all destinations in most cases, so your partner won't get bored on the beach! Most of our surf trips come
with a few non-surfing option and we will take the time to ensure that your trip will be perfect for them as well as you.
However, do remember that we are a surfing operator so that will always be our priority.
What if I can't see what I'm after?
We can customise any of our surfing trip to suit your needs within reason because we use local suppliers. As we act on
the behalf of these surf companies, we can normally sort your arrangements out exactly. Just drop us an email or give us a
call to discuss what you’re searching for and we’ll be more than happy to help create that perfect surf trip.
What day should I arrive in the destination?
At the majority of our destinations you can arrive whenever you wish - any day, anytime. We can craft your surfing trip to
work around your availability and requirements and arrange transfers to suit your travel dates and times. However, some tours and boat
charters are set for certain times and this is always explained on the specific destination page.
Do you have a brochure you can send us?
We simply do not require one anymore and due to the environment and a constant increase in our surf trip offerings, we feel a
printed brochure would damage the environment and would be out of date on the day it is printed.
Can I pay a deposit or is it full payment?
We have a set deposit in whatever currency you are booking and then the full balance is payable 10 weeks before the start of your surf adventure.
Can you surf?
We mostly can - we are not great by any standards and would not pretend to be professionals, but we have surfed for over 30 years each and
this means we know a damn lot of surfing information. We have surfed some of the worlds mean waves for sure, such as Mavericks, but we do
not claim to be something we are not - we are, like you, just a loving surfer.
Are you a Travel Agent?
No, we are not a travel agent, we are not a tour operator either. Xoxxi is our great brand dedicated to promoting surf products and camps worldwide through this great website. We let the camps and surf product producers sell their product via our great brand name. We do not have our own staff in the destinations and neither do we pretend to. We work with a very select number of surf companies and do our very best to ensure that your trip is excellent quality.
What type of boards do we have in our quiver at the office?
Well, we have a 6ft 1" swallow tail fish, 7ft 6" malibu thruster, 8ft 2" Hobie pig malibu (wood), 9ft 1" modern advanced longboard (surfed at some critical surf spots worldwide), 9ft 4" Robert August longboard, 7ft 6" our own design shaped thruster fish designed for small waves (super fast board!!!).... plus a range of more knackered equipment. So you can see, we are real surfers who know what its all about!
Where do we buy our equipment?
Now come on... what type of question is that one? Most of our gear comes from a few great surf shops in Melbourne or Cocoa Beach, Florida and some others from the UK - we just enjoy having fun in surf shops.
