Our surf camp is located in the sleepy fishing village of Taghazout, overlooking Hash Point, approximately 20km from Agadir, in the South West of Morocco.  Hash Point is one of three famous point breaks Taghazout has to offer, and it's right on our doorstep! Within five yards of our front door is the rock off point, you literally can not get any closer to the water if you tried. Anchor point and Killer point are a five and ten minute walk up the road.

Morocco and Taghazout have plenty of good quality beach breaks ideal for all standards of surfing. Whether it's been a while since you've managed to get some water time or you're a complete beginner, we will find the perfect spot for your level. 80% of the people who come through the surf camp have done under two weeks of surfing and so you will not be in any on your own if you are just starting out!

We have a full range of NSP boards suitable for those who need to brush up their surfing technique as well as a full range of beginner soft-top boards for those first attempts at arguably the best sport in the world! And where better to see if you're the next Kelly Slater than in the warm water and the sun!

We will pick you up from Agadir whatever time, whichever day, normally it will be our taxi man Abderrahim, he looks like a Moroccan Juan Sebastion Veron!

Surf Spots:

We are blessed with some of the most perfect right hand breaks the world has to offer. Our apartments sit on Hash Point, an easy right-hander for surfers new to rocky breaks. Just have a look below at Hash Point to see how close our Morocco surf camp is to the water. We can see over to Anchor point the "Holy Grail" of long curling right breaks. On a good day folks have ridden this wave almost to the door of our apartments. There are the easy beach breaks of Roches Diables and Panorama. But the real die-hards will be ready to take on the twenty minute paddle out to contend with the fast barreling Killers! There are so many point breaks, beach breaks and secret spots in our short stretch of coast that every surfer will find a wave that is perfect for their level of surfing.

Cuisine:

You will be served breakfast and dinner at the surf camp's roof terrace.  Lunch will be either barbeque or sandwiches will be served at the surf designation chosen for that day on the stretch of caost between Agadir and Essouira.

Our Moroccan cooks have all worked in the Agadir Hotels as well as the local cafes of Taghazout.   If you like authentic Moroccan cuisine then it just doesn't get any better than what these guys prepare!  If you are worried that you won't like Moroccan food then fear not as Youssef is a master of the omlette and pizza too.  Please let us know if you have any specific dietry requirements and we will do our utmost to accommodate your requirements.

Surfing Equipment and Lessons:

All your surfing needs are catered for.  The surf equipment is included in the prices, including board hire, wetsuit hire and surf instruction lessons.  At all times there will be two locally trained surf instructors in the water with you.  These guys have been surfing these waves their whole lives.  They have trained and completed in all the tournaments and have years of coaching experience.  Essentially you can't beat local knowledge when it comes to hunting down the perfect waves in parts of Morocco that no guide book will ever find.

Accommodation:

The surf camp is made up of four apartments right on the sea. Every morning you will wake up to 180 degree views of an azur blue ocean peppered with hundreds of tiny fishing boats.  Each apartment is equipped with a bathroom and basic cooking facilities as well as satellite TV and high speed WiFi internet access. The terrace at the top of the camp has the best view in Taghazout and is a great lookout point for Anchor Point, Hash Point and Panoramas.
