Blazing with chilli fire, sizzling with sunshine and burning with Spanish party passion, surfing vacations in Mexico are hot stuff. But aside from fabulous food, and great weather, it's hard to believe that even though Mainland Mexico was one of the first destinations for the traveling surfers in the early 1960, and still it remains today as one of the least-explored regions in the known surf world, but yet offering a huge range of surfing opportunities with over 2000 miles of lush, tropical Pacific coastline, a wide-open, year-round swell window, Mexico is the perfect place for a quick getaway-accessible adventure to fit anybody's budget and schedule.
It goes, almost, without saying that most surfers come to Mexico for beach life due to the Pacific coast offering surf-tastic waves, hot, hot sunshine and soft-as-silk sands - and that's not to mention the sport fishing.
The Oaxaca region of the Mexican coastline begins to bend southeast into the Gulf of Tehuantepec making it an ideal location for surfing all year long. This newly discovered surf region has numerous hidden coves and bays that we access via our 4 x 4 vehicle that open up to offer beautiful sandy bottomed waves to welcome all standard of surfer.
SURFING:
We provide 6 hours of surf tuition daily inclusive of all your equipment. Your instructors and surf guide will be with you from breakfast until sundown and are experience local surfers. We will take you to a number of surf beaches depending on your ability and the conditions of the day where you will enjoy the space and freedom of no crowds. Our surfing tuition never exceeds 4 people and we will have you surfing by the time you have to return home.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
Our pleasant accommodation is located in the area of Salina Cruz and includes Restaurant, laundry and Grocery Store. The restaurant features an American breakfast every morning and delicious Mexican cuisine and the best Oaxaca dishes for lunch and dinner. Enjoy a night in the ¨La Antigua bar¨, making new friends and sipping tasty, tropical cocktails.
The accommodation is well position to access all the surfing breaks of this region, with more than 15 different surfing breaks close by. Your rooms are standard with private bathroom, hot and cold water, TV cable, fan, air conditioning, Internet (Wi-Fi), laundry, Room service (available daily until 11 PM).
