Together with the local surf school of Encuentro, we offer surf lessons that make it possible to learn surfing at one of the most beautiful spots in the Caribbean. At the surfschool you can count on a team of professional and highly motivated instructors who will make sure you learn this amazing sport while having a great time on the water.

Your Accommodation: 

These high quality apartments are suited for one, two or three persons (with an exception of four persons for people with children) with a kitchen, sofa, bathroom, terrace, 24 hours electricity, ventilation system and/or optional air-conditioning. Furthermore, there is a swimming pool in the large, tropical garden and a free wi-fi internet connection. We have with single beds and/or with a double  bed and for small children and babies there are cribs available.

The apartments are located near 'Playa del Encuentro'. This is one of the most relaxed places on this island. It is a beautiful beach where you don't see the negative sides of tourism yet and great waves for surfing and kitesurfing. Also if you don't want to surf or kitesurf, you will definitely like it here. The atmosphere is great, the Dominican Republic is a beautiful country and there is a lot to see and do in and around Cabarete.

With this experience you can book locally other services - so you could rent a scooter at the accommodation (although this is at your risk!), take some other water sports activities extra to your surfing (such as kite surf lesson) or join one of the organised activities such as tours, supper parties, Sushi nights, etc..
